Design/Build Concept
- Discuss clients wish list to determine specific scope and create design criteria
- Evaluate style vs. function to compliment the existing architectural style of the home
- Develop a budget with the client
- Prepare Design/Build package to compliment budget leading to preliminary design drawings
- File architectural construction drawings and obtain permits
- The Design/Build team provides construction services utilizing the
design at the most cost-effective pricing. This will enable Ajay to build more efficiently with the best services provided to the client - This collaboration between the design and construction teams
leads to a seamless transition producing quality work and on-time completion
