Ajay Contracting is a family-run business, established in 1977, specializing in 'design/build' residential remodeling. We are licensed, fully insured, and a highly rated company with Dun & Bradstreet Inc. We have been enjoying an impeccable, unblemished reputation of "Quality, Service, and Dependability" for over 30 years.
Anthony J. Zolla heads the firm in design-encompassing the firm's tasks for design and engineering. This ensures the goal that the renovation appears as if the original architect designed it. Mr. Zolla maintains quality control and directs the firm's management team. It is through his meticulous work habit and deep dedication to each project, that customers truly enjoy their remodeling experience.
William P. Novick leads Ajay's sales and construction management teams. Mr. Novick customizes each job to the client's requirements and concerns, and takes pride in ensuring a perfect job without headaches and mistakes from the pre-construction meetings to the final punch list.
Project Managers supervise our crews through a project for coordination, neatness, and top craftsmanship; thus giving us thousands of satisfied homeowners which ensure constant referrals. No matter how many trips they have to make to a customer's house, our project managers are always there to answer your questions and check your project's evolution.
Suzy Meyers, Ajay's Customer Service Guru, oversees all calls to aid in customer service and scheduling. She also heads our computer development to more effectively serve homeowners. The rapport Mrs. Meyers develops with our customers is one of trust, friendliness and compassion, as she wants to see the project through to the end as well.
Blanca Moran dedicates her time to promoting all office procedures, accounting, and office policies to adhere to the times. Due to her amicable relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, materials are delivered promptly to the jobsite to ensure timely installation.
